How it works · Real Estate

How a job runs.

Six frames, from your first message to the download link: listing photos.

What do you need photographed?

“Listing photos for a three-bedroom in Tempe before it goes on the market.”

  1. You tell us

One form, one question: what do you need photographed? Write it the way you’d say it out loud. A sentence is enough.

  2. We confirm in writing

Before the shoot, you have it in writing: up to 25 edited images, within 48 hours, via download link, for $150.

  3. We assign a local photographer

We assign a local photographer to the job. Whoever is assigned works to the same written standard, and SnappedCulture answers for the result.

  4. The shoot: a kitchen, set up right

Direct the frame. Switch on the pendants, open the blinds, and drop the camera to counter height. Then take the frame.

Why counter height: a level camera near the counters keeps the cabinets square and shows the counter surfaces the way the room reads in person.

  5. Edited to the standard

Every frame is edited to the documentary standard: exposure, white balance and color, cropping, and lens correction. Nothing in frame is added, removed, or moved.

  6. Delivered

The download link arrives within 48 hours: up to 25 edited images, ready for the listing.

Play · Light the room

Place the light, then take the listing photo.

A small game about how a listing photograph comes together: where the light falls, and why we shoot rooms the way we do.

Questions · Real Estate

Before you ask.

Plain answers, the same ones you get in writing.

What comes with a listing shoot?

Up to 25 edited images, delivered within 48 hours, via download link, for $150. A typical listing covers the exterior, the kitchen, the living areas, and every bedroom and bath.

Every image follows the documentary standard: exposure and color are corrected, and nothing in the room is changed.

How should the home be ready for the photographer?

Every light on, blinds and curtains open, counters and bathroom surfaces cleared, cars out of the driveway, and pets, their bowls, and their beds out of sight.

Listing photographs follow the documentary standard, so nothing in the room is removed in editing. What is in the room on the day is what is in the listing.

What does the documentary standard mean for my listing?

Listing and architectural photographs are a record of the place, so no edit changes what the photograph shows.

  • We do: exposure, white balance and color correction, cropping, and lens correction. Sky replacement happens only with written disclosure.
  • We never do: remove, add, or move anything in the frame, hide damage or defects, or change how the place looks.

Object removal isn’t offered on documentary jobs. Virtual staging is delivered only as an additional set, labeled in writing as virtually staged, beside the unaltered originals.

What is the Rentals documentation, and what isn't it?

Move-in and move-out photo documentation for rental units: a fixed room order and shot list, labeled photos, a short walkthrough video, and a PDF with date and address. It’s delivered within 48 hours, for $95 per unit. Units up to about three bedrooms. A travel fee applies beyond 20 miles round trip and is stated before the visit.

Visual photo documentation only. Not a home inspection. The photographs show what is visible and where it is. They make no judgment about the property’s condition.

How is architectural photography quoted?

Per job. Your written quote sets the image count, the delivery date, and the price before the shoot, built around how the photographs will be used: a portfolio, a website, an award submission, or the marketing for a building.

Every frame follows the documentary standard, so the photographs show what was built.

Will you post the listing on Instagram?

Only with the agent’s written OK, and only after the listing is live. The post names the city, never the address, and carries no status language such as “just listed.” Move-in/move-out documentation is never posted.

Ask us to take an image down and it comes down within 24 hours on every channel.

How does booking work?

Tell us what you need photographed: on the booking form, by email at contact@snappedculture.com, or by phone at (480) 331-6252. We confirm in writing what you’ll receive and when, assign a local photographer to the job, and deliver the finished photographs.

There is one form for every kind of shoot. You don’t pick a photographer or a package; you describe the job, and we come back with the terms.

What do you confirm in writing before the shoot?

Every quote states, before the shoot, what you receive: the deliverables, the format, the delivery date, and the price.

Extras such as object removal, sky replacement, or virtual staging are quoted up front and disclosed in writing wherever they show in a photograph.

The promise

Every job is held to the same written standard, whoever is behind the camera.

If a job falls short of it, we re-shoot at no cost or refund the shoot fee, your choice, within 7 days of delivery.
